SolidWeb
Terms
These website terms give a plain-English overview of how SolidWeb works. A project may also have a separate written quote or agreement.
Monthly website service
SolidWeb builds and manages websites for small businesses on a monthly subscription. Hosting, SSL, and practical support are included while the subscription is active.
Quotes and scope
Each project is confirmed by quote before work begins. Extra pages, ecommerce, booking systems, custom email setup, major redesigns, and features outside the chosen plan are quoted separately.
Payments and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless agreed otherwise. You can cancel with 30 days notice. If payments stop, SolidWeb may pause support, suspend hosting, or take the website offline after reasonable notice.
Content and approvals
You are responsible for supplying accurate business details, text, images, logos, and permissions for anything you ask us to publish. We will ask you to review and approve the website before launch.
Ownership and handover
SolidWeb manages the live website while you subscribe. If you want a full handover, export, or transfer away from SolidWeb, that can be quoted separately.
Domains and third-party services
Domain registration, DNS, email, analytics, form tools, and other third-party services may be managed by SolidWeb or by you, depending on the project. Third-party fees or platform changes are outside our direct control.
Fair use support
Monthly support is for practical small updates, such as wording, images, hours, or minor content changes. Larger changes, urgent work, or new features may be quoted separately.
